Today we will discuss the momentous events of history that transformed the status of Christianity in the Roman world. After Constantine secures the throne, he issues the Edict of Milan that ends the persecutions and makes Christianity legal. Over a few short decades, Constantine altered the landscape from Christianity being persecuted to now being favored, and Christians went from being in chains to being in charge.
