Mar 2, 2025 • Rick Carmickle
This week we will continue our review of church history after the Reformation. Martin Luther ignited the Reformation as a challenge to theological and practical disputes within the Catholic Church. Inquisitions, book-burning, witch-hunting, and wars would continue deep into the 17th century as faithful believers work to navigate their turbulent world. Popes, priests, princes, puritans and paupers all suffer the struggles of the era.
