I.    Evangelism is a command.

II.  Seven excuses that hinder us from evangelism:

a.    Excuse #1- “I try to preach the gospel with my life.”

b.    Excuse #2- “God is sovereign…I can’t save people anyway… if God wants them saved, then they’ll be saved.”

c.    Excuse #3- “It’s not my gift.”

d.    Excuse #4- “I don’t know what to say.”

e.    Excuse #5- “I don’t want to offend them.”

f.    Excuse #6- “I feel like a failure at evangelism.”

g.    Excuse #7- “I honestly don’t feel like it.”

III.  What are the proper motivations for evangelism?

a.    Meditate on God’s Word regarding evangelism.

b.    Pray about it.

c.    Do it!
